- Sleep Early and At Least 8 Hours
Going to bed early is a must, although, there are instances that even how hard you try to hit the sack the early, due to your busy schedule, work or the like, you are not able to do it as much as you want to. If you can go to bed early, by all means, please do it. If early bed time is not something you can achieve on a regular basis, it is just necessary that you reach at least 8 hours of complete sleep. You should never deprive yourself from getting enough sleep for many reasons, first is your health, let your body and mind recover and recuperate from a stressful day. Lack of sleep will also put you in a bad mood, and you most likely will have miserable day.
